Job Description

Devil Burger Queenstown is seeking applicants to apply for Restaurant Manager.

The Successful applicant must have at least 2 years experience in Hospitality in a supervisor/shift manager role. 

You must be a New Zealand Citizen/Resident or have the correct working visa to apply.

The Role is  full time with rotating weekly roster, with weekends and evenings prominently . 

Your focus in this role will be maintaining a high level of customer service, team leader/support and abiding to our liquor licence. 

You will be use to  working at a fast pace, to a high standard.

You must lead by example as you will have responsibility for all products leaving the kitchen. 

Experience in the following areas is an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Balancing Tills & Banking, Ordering stock, Stock taking, Rosters, Budgets, Reports, working with the Head Chef for menu items, Staff leadership, Wages, Accounts & Invoicing, Food Control Plan, NZ Liquor licencing laws.
