Previous experience with conferencing and events (five star), food control plans, recruitment and training, with an astute mind for business excellence are all requirements for the successful candidate.
In charge of meal preparation, you coordinate the kitchen brigade and ensure that all activities are carried out to high standards. Working closely with the Restaurant & Bar Manager you drive excellence in all our meal periods, with constant innovation in our offering whilst celebrating our local produce.
