Come and work for The European Bakery - a long established artisan wholesale bakery with a fantastic reputation.
You will be working in the food distribution line helping with a variety of duties including slicing, packing and distributing our artisan bread products.
The right candidate will have:
*Mature, responsible, reliable and able to work with a team to meet deadlines.
*Must be a reliable hard worker
*Fit and able to stand for long periods
*Good degree of accuracy required
*Some previous experience in fast paced food packing environment preferred
*Have a thorough knowledge of HACCAP(?) and able maintain H&S and commercial kitchen hygiene & cleanliness standards
*A head for logistics, processes and systems
*As well as a customer centric approach and able to switch from packing and driving when necessary, to Brand Ambassador *Are up for working nights, generally starting around 7pm *Understand and speak fluent English *Are an NZ citizen, resident or have a valid work visa.
As this role is based in Frankton Industrial Area, Queenstown you will need your own transport. You will need to be available for a trial to assess your suitability and ability to grasp the aspects and logisitics of this role.
To be eligible for this role, you must be able to provide 2 work references and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
