THE PROJECT
The historic town of Clyde is currently using a waste water system which relies on septic tanks and disposal fields.
The new wastewater pipeline will carry Clyde's wastewater to the Alexandra treatment station.
It will transport wastewater from a new reticulated system that will be built in stages in Clyde in future years as part of Council's Long Term Plan.
This large project will significantly improve the quality of Clyde's urban wastes.
THE CLIENT
Our client is a growing company who specialise in Civil, Marine, and Pipeline projects, and are excited to get started on this new project in Clyde!
Since being founded in 2012, this company has thrived and grown to be a trusted name in the industry.
Specialising in underground infrastructure, multi-disciplinary civil projects (below and above ground), bridge structures and marine infrastructure (such as wharves, jetties, sea defence walls and outfalls).
They pride themselves on their high calibre team of professionals and the things they have accomplished.
THE ROLE
We need talented and hard-working people to join our clients team for at least the next 18 months.
Talented excavator operators are needed, but ideally an all-rounder who can try their hand at most things would be ideal.
You will be operating large machinery ranging from 20T - 40T to help earth move large volumes as well as more intricate works.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have WTR License
- Proven experience on large machinery (20T+)
- Be able to bulk in and out, as well as working around services
- Must be happy to labour
- Positive attitude and hardworking nature
