Job Description

SKILLED BAKER FOR OUR WHOLESALE ARTISAN BAKERY


*The most important quality is to demonstrate your passion for bread and the bread making process
*Qualified or trained equivalent with at least 3 years on the job experience
*Excellent dough shaping skills
*Ability to mix dough from scratch and operate a deck oven
*Preferably some experience in a medium scale artisan wholesale bakery
*Efficient and physically fit
*Able to communicate well in English
*You must be prepared to have a trial to determine your skill level for our bakery

We are seeking NZ residents/valid NZ work visas for these roles. Both roles are permanent, full time roles.
We bake 7 days a week and most shifts start between 3-5pm finishing between midnight - 2pm.
