Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator to join us at our office located in Frankton, Queenstown. 

This role involves assisting us in all facets of the business as we are a small team.   The ideal candidate will be assisting us with the day-to-day accounts/office administration, customer service, inwards/outwards goods and reception area.

General tasks include

·         Liaising with customers and responding to email and phone queries

·         Timesheet approvals and assisting with weekly pays using MYOB Essentials

·         Entering jobs, purchase orders, receipting and invoicing to customers using Ostendo

·         Accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash handling

·         Maintaining office supplies, equipment and ensuring office areas are tidy

·         Assisting with Health & Safety, training and QA tasks as required

·         Helping with bolt store sales and inventory

·         Supporting the wider team with general administration tasks and covering the main reception area when required

Applicants must have:

·         Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive

·         Experience with MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials and Ostendo would be advantageous

·         Minimum of 3 years administration/accounts experience

·         An effective communicator and fluency in English

·         Strong organisational skills with good time management skills and attention to detail

Minimum 30 hours per week, with flexibility around working hours between 7am – 4:30pm weekdays so may suit someone wanting to work school hours.
