Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant and motivated person to join the European Bakery team in the role of Customer Services Representative, based at our  Wholesale Bakery in Frankton Industrial Area.  You will join a high energy team and bring with you an outgoing personality and a 'can-do' attitude.

This is a pivotal role, handling customer enquiries including detailed product information, order processing, problem-solving and other general administrative duties.

This role requires the successful candidate to have a high level of computer skills, including customer database and ordering systems; preference will be given to those candidates with a good knowledge of Excel.

You will also be an excellent customer-focused communicator, with the ability to multitask, and a proven ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be between 20 - 30  hours per week between 7.00am – 12.00pm, (set roster which will include 1x weekend day).
