Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall guest satisfaction of the hotel. This position is responsible for supervising and leading the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning standards and procedures.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, linens, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room status and maintenance issues.

Skills & Experience
