Queenstown Ice Bar offers a premium ice experience in a truly iconic setting. As Venue Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the venue's operations, lead a talented team, and ensure every guest enjoys a sophisticated and memorable visit to our unique ice lounge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Queenstown Ice Bar, maintaining our high standards of service and presentation.
  • Motivate and support your team to create exceptional and memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
  • Implement and uphold exceptional operational standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Drive sales and profitability by executing effective business strategies and managing budgets.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with Future Hospitality Group’s values of communication, collaboration, consistency, culture, and being aspirational.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong and capable team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve financial and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a management role within hospitality, ideally in a bar, or attraction-based setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
  • A current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
