Job Description

We are an established property management company and are excited about extending our tourist accommodation portfolio within the Queenstown region.

We are looking for an amazing individual or couple to work with our Queenstown Manager in the day to day running of a boutique lodge. This is a live-in role and could suit someone who enjoys flexible hours to pursue sporting/skiing lifestyle. You may also have a partner that could be interested in assisting with maintenance and gardening.

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the lodge including but not limited to:

  • Guest services and reception duties 
  • Breakfast preparation and service 
  • Suites & common area cleaning 

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 1 year experience at a chalet style accommodation services

Customer services & cleaning experience is a must

Reasonable level of computer skills including MS Office, PMS and basic accounting skills 

Manager’s certificate is preferred but not required

Local knowledge of Queenstown Lakes District is beneficial
