Seeking an outgoing, confident person with excellent customer service skills to assist in the smooth running of Tots on Tour Baby Equipment Hire & Babysitting. Based in Frankton with travel throughout the Wakatipu Basin. A mobile phone & company vehicle will be provided during work hours.
Day to day tasks:
Duties include delivery, collection & cleaning of baby equipment, installing car seats, taking phone bookings, liaising with suppliers, dealing with email inquiries, processing credit card payments & organising own work schedule.
You must have the ability to multitask and work independently with good organisational and time management skills. Computer literacy is required and typing skills advantageous. A good level of fitness is needed. You will be required to attain certification as a Child Restraint Technician (CRT). Full training will be provided. You need a full driver’s licence.
You must be a able to commit to a minimum of one year and be available to work 10 am to 5.30 pm Wednesday to Friday and 9 am to 6.30 pm Saturday and Sunday. There is some flexibility to swap the occasional weekend shift. At certain times of the year such as July, August, Christmas & New Year you may need to work until 7 pm. Holidays cannot be taken at this time of year. You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
