We are seeking a friendly and competent person with hotel reservations experience to fill a permanent receptionist position. We are looking for someone who makes a good first impression and is welcoming, polite, happy and efficient and who will also fit in with the existing team. The successful applicant will have excellent computer skills and experience and in particular with - Hotel Systems with booking, invoicing and POS systems, - Microsoft Office, especially word processing, spreadsheet and outlook Ideally the successful candidate would have some hospitality experience, accounting skills and in particular takings reconciliation experience. The position requires you to manage the RHS booking system, answer the phone, reply to emails take bookings, prepare bills and reconcile takings. You will also liaise with the restaurant and kitchen and can be required to assist in the restaurant or bar at times. The position is to start in March. Accommodation including power plus meals is provided at $200.00 per week. The wage rate is negotiable and subject to experience and qualifications.
