Skytrek provides tandem hang gliding and paragliding flights from both Coronet Peak & Treble Cone. We are looking for a team player to manage the day-to-day running of our operations alongside our GM. The job is based primarily at our SkyTrek desk in Queenstown, inside the Ziptrek Ecotours shop but also includes some driving of our courtesy shuttles. We offer flexible days with three days in the office and two days driving.
Primary duties include:
Managing the day-to-day operations
Product training with agents.
Arranging and keeping track of agent famils.
Keeping the online booking system up-to-date.
Managing product availability based on a roster.
Communicating with agents and staff on operational status.
Providing Ground Crew / shuttle services when required.
Answering & taking bookings via the 0800 SKYTREK number and communicating these bookings to all operational staff.
