JobFix is Queenstown's No.1 place to find jobs!

If you're new to town or looking for something new, head over to the Job Search section in order to browse the latest job listing in the region.

 

How can I contact you if I have a question?

Your Account

How can I reset my password?

Don’t worry… this happens to everyone at some point!

Luckily, whether you’ve forgotten it or just need to change it, it’s easy to reset your password. Enter your email address, click ‘reset my password’ and you’ll receive an email soon with a reset link.

 

How can I update my email address or business details?

If you’ve changed your email address, you can update your account by logging in with your original email address and then amending it under My Account > Account Settings 

Then change your address in the ‘Email’ field and click Save.

 

I'd like to close my account with JobFix, how do I do this?

We'd be very sorry to see you go! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help - just head over to the Contact Us page to get in touch.

However, if you’re sure you want close your account, you must first log in and then go to My Account > Account Settings > Delete Profile

How do I sign up?

Just click the Sign Up in the top-right hand corner of the page to get started.

Note: you can sign in with your Linked profile if you want to save time. If you don't want to do this:

  • Enter your details on the Sign-up form
  • Agree to the website's Terms of Use
  • Click Register to continue

Now, head over to the Job Search section and apply for your first job!

 

How do I search for jobs and apply?

Head on over to the Job Search section by clicking Search Jobs in the top navigation and start looking! All the latest jobs in Queenstown are listed here.

 

Where and how can I post my CV?

Many Queenstown Employers are looking through job seeker's CVs, so make sure you login or create an account, update your profile, and remember to upload a copy of your CV.

 

How can I sign up for job alerts?

If you want us to automatically update you when new jobs are posted by Queenstown Employers:

  • go to the Sign Up Section on the JobFix Homepage
  • Enter your Email Address
  • Enter any Keywords you're interested in, and
  • Select the Job Categories your want to hear about
  • Then, just hit Create Alert and we'll automatically email you when new job listings match your job alert criteria.

 

Employers

Please note that only 1 user/company can be approved.

We recommend that you create a single Account for your Company and then share login details internally with your colleagues if multiple people require access.

How can I create an account?

How do I post a job?

This can be done in three easy steps:

  1. Login or Create an Account
  2. Select one of our job listing products
  3. Checkout and Post your Ad

We will then email you confirmation of your job posting with instructions on what to do next in order to get your Print Ad over to us for Lakes Weekly Bulletin (for an extra charge).

 

How do I send my ‘print ad’ files to the Lakes Weekly team?

Images & print ready adverts need to be sent electronically to enquiries@lwb.co.nz

Format required:

  • Jpeg or PDF files
  • 300 pixels/inch in CMYK

The text needs to be sent via email or Word doc attachment to enquiries@qmg.co.nz

 

How much time do I have to use my job credits?

Each of our Job packages - Basic, Standard and Executive - come with job credits, which allow you to post one or more jobs to the JobFix website. However, these credits don't last forever and you need to use them up before they expire.

See details below:

  1. Basic - 30 days to post your job
  2. Standard - 90 days to post your 2x jobs
  3. Executive - 365 days to post your 3x job

 

How can I view/manage job applications?

First, make sure you log in, then head over to the Account Dashboard, where you can view the performance of your job listings and manage applications.

 

Where can I access and review CVs?

You can review CVs and job applicants from the Account Dashboard.

 

Billing

Can I pay by invoice for my job listings?

Yes, if you have an account with us you will be given a quote and invoiced.

 

How often do you invoice?

Invoicing is done weekly on Tuesdays and payments are due by the 20th of the following month.
