Modern Earth Construction Ltd are looking to employ two full time staff for a sustainable build in Bobs Cove. Firstly, an apprentice carpenter (or labourer wanting to start an apprenticeship) with a keen interest in sustainable building and a desire to learn how to build with rammed earth. Must be strong and have a basic understanding of construction. Lots of shovelling and lifting involved. Secondly, a skilled bobcat driver, does not need previous experience but needs to learn, becoming confident mixing earth and judging ideal moisture content. Also needs a passion for sustainable building and construction.
