Job Description – Maintenance Planner Title: Maintenance Planner Reports to: Maintenance Manager Full time position with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Position Overview The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and overseeing maintenance operations across the hotel property, including all interior and exterior areas and associated buildings that impact hotel operations. The role focuses on preventative maintenance planning, coordination of reactive maintenance, building systems oversight, compliance management, documentation, and continuous improvement, while supporting the Maintenance Manager in operational planning, budgeting, and project delivery.
