The gardening/maintenance position includes maintaining the property and surrounding gardens. Duties include weeding the garden, sweeping, mowing, watering plants, and general property maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting, and power washing.
The room attendant position includes cleaning rooms, hallways, and restrooms. This may include sweeping, vacuuming, making beds, and other general housekeeping duties.
