As a crucial member of the Oxbow family your primary responsibility will center around frontline operations.
Frontline Operations:
Managing the day-to-day sales and reservations of our world-class activities
Handling customer enquiries
Coordinating availability and loading/unloading of trips
Taking customers through our health and safety processes
Daily banking + cash handling
Maintaining the base building cleanliness
Food and Beverage service
To thrive in this role, we prefer you to:
Bring at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people from all walks of the world
