Civil Project Solutions (CPS) is a project management company specialising in all forms of civil construction management, design, surveying, and planning. We have two office locations – Gisborne being our head office and Queenstown being our base for South Island operations. Our work is nationwide having also completed projects in Kumeu, Taranaki, Bay of Plenty, East Cape, Hawkes Bay, Nelson, Kaikoura, Ashburton and Te Anau.
