Aosta and Little Aosta by Ben Bayly, our two restaurants inspired by the cooking techniques of Northern Italy, paired with ingredients carefully selected from growers, breeders, suppliers and wine grown on the land around Central Otago and Arrowtown.  Aosta, recently awarded 1 HAT, showcases a refined elegance in a casual environment, whilst Little Aosta offers a family, casual and playful side of it's big sister.
