CrossFit Queenstown

We created a fun, drama-free, and ego-free training environment whilst maintaining hi-standards and discipline in everything that we do which has proven over time to return lasting improvements and changes both in gym performance and in our members everyday lives.  We teach the fundamentals of CrossFit with a focus on proper body posture and spinal position through each and every barbell movements, Olympic lifts and gymnastic movements; We then challenge each system of energy through specifically planned programming which includes resistance excersizes, aerobic/anaerobic and high intensity interval training.
