Experience Demi / Commis  Chef with around 1 to 2 years with internationally recognized Hotel Brand Having Modern Indian Cuisine experience is essential •    Skills Will Include •    Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality •    Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you •    Helping the head chef to develop new dishes and menus •    Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety •    Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins The Successful candidate should be a creative & open-minded person with ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn new cooking methods, recipes and menus.  The Successful candidate should also have fair knowledge of NZ standard for Health and safety.
