We are two world rated small hostels, Adventure Queenstown and Adventure Q2. Independently owned and operated, we run a tight operation around robust systems and processes, which allows us to keep a small tight-nit team in place.
We value staff who can follow precise instructions, take care of the small details and have great communication skills to provide feedback on our day to day operation. We work very hard, but we have a lot of fun along the way.
We may offer what is considered 'entry level' positions, but we promise, with the right attitude, all our staff will learn a lot about creating the structure, systems and processes required to operate a small business.
