AWF

ABOUT AWF

We’ve been in the business of supplying skilled and semi-skilled blue collar staff since 1988. Today, we are the largest staffing provider with a geographic spread almost double our nearest competitor.

From providing chippies to the country's largest constructors, roller drivers to civil contractors; devanning services; picking and packing for many iconic brands; driving trucks in some of the largest fleets; to processing many of the food items we all eat every day, we supply them all.

Every day up to 3,500 people work through AWF.

You'll see them in cities and towns from Invercargill in the south to Kaitaia in the north.

With branches from Kaitaia to Invercargill, there are up to 3,500 people working through AWF every day – a fact that we are very proud of, and this number is only growing.

From assisting local businesses to the country’s largest companies and iconic brands, we are proud to be such a large part of what keeps New Zealand working.

We are part of AWF Madison Group, a NZX listed company and the largest supplier of staff in New Zealand.
