Our Restaurant is located in Te Anau, Southland. The gateway to both Milford and Doubtful Sounds and many of the great walking tracks in the area. Creating a bustling tourist town over the summer season We are on the hunt for both Full time/Part Time staff to fill roles within our busy Restaurant. Fulltime Chef de Partie: Experience in similar role, Grill &  frying experience a must, ensure individual section and responsibilities are meet daily. Follow instructions and recipes carefully, have a good cleaning standard. Be familiar with and follow Food Control Plan as well as Health & Safety. Work well within a team environment. Part time & Full time Front of House Roles: Willingness to learn and work under pressure, Knowledge of NZ liquor laws essential. Ability to multi task and show intiative, great customers skills. Roles involve bar work, cash register use. On job training in Gaming Machine & barista if needed as well Self-motivated & responsible, fun & friendly attitude, honest & reliable, ability to work flexible shifts on rotating roster.
