Recently placed in the top 50 wine destinations of the world, The Bannockburn Hotel Restaurant offers both a tapas and classic bistro experience

Our continually developing menu and wine list covering wines from Central Otago and the rest of the wine producing world requires a creative Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef looking to step up, to assist in the on-going re-development of an iconic Central Otago venue.

We're looking for a great team player who would enjoy working hard to help further develop our tapas, sharing menu offerings and our bistro style food.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, creative chef with a passion for food and have excellent food knowledge

We're not looking for someone who wishes only to turn up and get through service - ideally, you'll be someone who will invest themselves, skills and passion into our restaurant.

In conjunction with our existing head chef, you'll help lead the team and help to continue to drive the high standards already in place.
