Room Attendant - QT Queenstown

EVT Hotels & Resorts is set to significantly expand its award-winning QT brand with the refurbishment and full conversion of the existing 152-room Rydges Lakeside Queenstown hotel. This transformation will integrate the property into the existing QT Queenstown and upon completion comprise of 222 rooms, majority with guest balconies, to take in the stunning Lake Wakatipu waterfront.

Room Attendant

• Clean and service between 12-14 Guest Rooms per day.
• Receive linen deliveries and restock store rooms and trolleys
• Fulfil guest requests as required
• Carry out cleaning duties as required
• Safely lift between 5-10kg linen bags
• Able to provide personalised and exceptional service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to allocated timeframe

• Servicing of guest rooms to a 5-star level
• Previous experience as a Room attendant highly regarded
• Able to provide personalised and exceptional service

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a housekeeping role
• 5-star luxury experience will be highly regarded, however not essential

This is a full-time position, minimum 30 hours/week are guaranteed, and pay rate between $28.95-$29.23 per hour depending on experience.
