Commercial Housekeeper

About the role

Special Cleaning Ltd. seeks a full-time Commercial Housekeeper to join our team in Queenstown, Otago. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive an exceptional level of service.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned commercial properties, including guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed
• Adhere to strict cleaning protocols and quality standards
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Collaborate with the cleaners' team to ensure efficient workflow

 What we're looking for

• Immediate start!
• Previous experience in a commercial housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Ability to follow instructions and work within set procedures
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the role
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
