Part Time Graphic Designer - 25-30 hours per week (flexible)

Frankton office.

New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty is recognised for brand excellence in the premium real estate market. Due to one of the team moving overseas, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced part time Graphic Designer to come on board and join the Marketing team based in Head Office - Queenstown. 

Main responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with team members on company briefs to ensure end-to-end process is completed and on brand

• Direct liaison with agents on design and delivery of required collateral

• Design of marketing collateral including property and agent profile brochures, flyers, press advertisements, signage and promotional materials

• Design of online display advertising, social media assets and other company branded digital graphic assets as required

• Supporting, updating and maintaining specific company branded collateral

• Assist with other general marketing support as needed 

Required experience / skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on an iOS system InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

• Must have solid graphic design experience

• Strong communicator who can build positive working relationships

• A proven ability to be organised & efficient, whilst also possessing high standards

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to generate and execute ideas

• A portfolio showcasing brand identity and collateral design

• Team-focused approach to deliverables
