We are currently looking to fill some part time security roles.

About the position: The security team is the first point of contact for all of our patrons and are a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that they provide a warm welcome to our guests, and continue that rapport throughout the evening. While a large portion of the role is upholding the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act, and the terms of our license, the focus of our security team is to host rather than enforce - "bouncers" need not apply.

Our ideal candidate will:
-Share our pride and passion for the venue and display it in every aspect of the role
-Be a team player
-Have strong communication skills
-A level head, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Core Duties include:
-Proactively monitoring intoxication within the building
-Reporting and Coordinating with the Head of Security
-Treating all customers like a friend
-Managing and Deescalating conflict
-Upholding the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012
-Checking ID’s
-Talking with customers to identify level of intoxication

Experience: Candidates may have experience but this is not required.
COA is a plus BUT training will be provided before you start, we would rather hire the right people and train then up rather than hiring experience and potential bad habits.
