Job Description
Oxbow Adventure Co., is nestled in the breathtaking Gibbston Valley in Queenstown, and we're on the lookout for an exceptional Frontline Operations Legend to join our growing team.
As a crucial member of the Oxbow family your primary responsibility will center around frontline operations.
Frontline Operations:
- Managing the day-to-day sales and reservations of our world-class activities
- Handling customer enquiries
- Coordinating availability and loading/unloading of trips
- Taking customers through our health and safety processes
- Daily banking + cash handling

Maintaining the base building cleanliness

Food and Beverage service
To thrive in this role, we prefer you to:
- Bring at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people from all walks of the world
- Be a confident team player with strong organisational skills and effective time management.

Have proficiency with computer systems, experience with Point of Sale, or reservation systems.

A duty managers or P-License is a plus but not required
