We’re looking for a full-time Night Supervisor – 34 hours per week to join our small and friendly team.

What’s the role about?

As our Night Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for looking after the hotel and our guests overnight, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone staying with us.

You’ll be working independently for much of your shift, so we’re looking for someone who is confident making decisions, solving problems and taking ownership when things arise.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Guest Services and the hotel overnight

• Providing a welcoming, safe and secure environment for our guests

• Handling guest queries, requests and feedback in a genuine and professional manner

• Responding calmly and confidently to any issues that arise overnight

• Completing the night audit and reconciliation of guest accounts

• Monitoring the hotel throughout the night and following all security and emergency procedures

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, organised and practical approach to problem-solving

• The ability to work independently and use your initiative

• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• A professional and well-presented manner

• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
