👨‍🍳 CHEF DE PARTIE or COMMIS CHEF
If you can handle the heat (and occasionally the team shouting “YES, CHEF!”), we want you. Creativity, consistency, and the ability to plate something delicious even when the match goes to extra time = bonus points.

⚡ DUTY MANAGER
Part leader, part problem-solver, part hype-person. If you can keep the floor running smoothly, support the team, and still smile when someone asks for “just one more” after last orders… you’re our MVP.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

For CDP / Commis Chef:
• Relevant kitchen experience (professional training is a plus)
• Basic food hygiene certification
• Passion for great food & a solid work ethic
• Ability to work clean, fast, and as part of a team

For Duty Manager:
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to stay cool under pressure (even during big games!)
• Duty Manager Certificate
